cheat in it, and understand that free services come as-is. Use of any of the services below
means you accept these terms.

① What these terms cover
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Ugly Pumpkins LLC
("we", "us") and cover our free products:
- the uglypumpkins.com website;
- UglyTools (uglytools.uglypumpkins.com) — our free browser-based IT utilities;
- the Ugly IPv4 CIDR Calculator Android app;
- UglyGames titles, including Daily Puzzle (dailypuzzle.uglypumpkins.com).
Our commercial products — such as UglyDMARC and any other paid services we may offer —
are governed by their own subscription agreements and terms presented with those
services, not by this page.

② UglyGames accounts
You can use our games without an account. If you create one (with an email address or
Google Sign-In), a few things become your job:
- give us accurate information — the email needs to be yours;
- keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; activity on your account is on you;
- be at least 13 years old (our products are general-audience software and games, not directed at children).
You can stop using an account at any time, and you can have it and its data deleted by
emailing [email protected]. We may
suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or sit legally
radioactive (fraud, unlawful use, and the like).

③ Acceptable use
Use our services for what they're for. Specifically, don't:
- attack, probe, overload, or attempt to disrupt the services or other users (no DoS, no vulnerability exploitation — if you find a security issue, we'd genuinely love an email instead);
- attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- scrape, mirror, or hammer the services with automated traffic at abusive volume;
- cheat in our games with bots, solvers, or tampering — streaks only mean something if a human earned them;
- use the services to violate any law, or resell them as your own.
We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to protect the services and their users.

④ Our content & yours
Ours
The services — including our software, puzzles, design, logos, and the Ugly Pumpkins
name and pumpkin artwork — belong to Ugly Pumpkins LLC and are protected by intellectual
property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
them as intended.
Yours
Your data is yours. The email you register with and the gameplay records tied to your
account (documented in the Privacy Policy) are used
to run the service for you — we claim no ownership of them, and you can take them out of
the world by deleting your account.

⑤ Free means as-is
We work hard to keep our free services accurate, secure, and available — and we make no
promises that they always will be. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the free services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- we don't warrant that results (yes, including subnet calculations) are error-free — verify anything that matters before you bet a production network on it;
- we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any free service at any time, including resetting or discontinuing game features such as streaks and archives;
- Ugly Pumpkins LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the free services; our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to them
is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid for the services in the last 12 months.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts
of the above may not apply to you.

⑥ Changes, termination & contact
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the "last
updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept
the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as
described in sections ② and ③. Sections ④ and ⑤ survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota,
without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the
courts located there.
